Luthfy Es-haq founded VerdaStat to help growing organizations make their technology work better together.
Experience across business analysis, Dynamics 365, CRM data, Power Platform, workflow automation, APIs, SQL, reporting, Azure, AWS, and technical project delivery revealed a recurring problem: organizations often have capable tools, but the applications, information flows, and processes around them do not work as one system.
VerdaStat brings business understanding and hands-on technical delivery together, with a focus on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, SQL Server, and Power BI. We work with other technologies where the solution calls for them.

Our 6W Framework: Understanding Before Implementing
Created by Luthfy Es-haq, Founder of VerdaStat.
Luthfy developed the 6W Framework to bring structure to the way VerdaStat understands business and technology problems. It examines six connected lenses: what, why, which, who, where, and when.
Start with the problem, use structured discovery to clarify requirements, then use those requirements to guide architecture and implementation. The six lenses help distinguish symptoms from underlying workflow, ownership, information-flow, and timing issues. The framework supports discovery within Assess; it is not the broader lifecycle or a prerequisite for implementation. Clients can engage for one or several separately approved stages.
